• Attend their regular school/college classes
• Refer to official CHSE textbooks as their primary learning resource
• Follow the guidance of their official school teachers
• Prepare for examinations using official syllabus and prescribed materials

2.3 Original Content: All educational content provided by Odisha e-Guru is:

• Originally created by our independent educators and content creators
• Prepared to explain concepts in simple, accessible language
• Not copied or reproduced from official textbooks or copyrighted materials
• Created based on publicly available curriculum frameworks and educational standards

2.4 No Guarantee of Academic Success: While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we make NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY regarding:

• Examination results or grades
• Academic performance improvements
• Admission to higher educational institutions
• Career outcomes or employment prospects

3. ELIGIBILITY AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity:

• If you are under 18 years of age, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our services
• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising minor users
• By subscribing, parents/guardians confirm they have read and accepted these terms on behalf of the minor

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Not sharing your account access with others

3.3 Prohibited Uses: You agree NOT to:

• Share your login credentials with non-subscribers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Subscription Plans:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

4.2 Payment Processing:

• Payment confirmation will be sent via email upon successful transaction
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions

4.3 Subscription Renewal:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle

• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date
• Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current billing period

4.4 Free Trial (if applicable):

• Free trials are offered at our discretion and may be limited to first-time users

• You will be charged automatically when the trial period ends unless you cancel
• We reserve the right to determine free trial eligibility

4.5 Taxes:

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• Tax invoices will be provided as per Indian tax regulations

5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

5.2 Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Non-usage of the subscription during the paid period
• Requests made after 7 days of subscription start
• Partial month refunds (subscription is for full billing period)

• Provide your full name, email address, transaction ID, and reason for refund
• We will review and respond within 7-10 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider

5.4 Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period
• No refund will be provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle
• We reserve the right to cancel accounts that violate these Terms

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 Ownership:

• All content, materials, software, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Odisha e-Guru or our licensors
• This includes but is not limited to: text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software code, and compilations
• Our content is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

6.2 Limited License:

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our content solely for personal educational purposes
• This license does not allow you to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works
• Screen recording, downloading, or capturing content is strictly prohibited
• Sharing content with non-subscribers constitutes copyright infringement

6.3 User-Generated Content:

• If our platform allows user comments, questions, or submissions, you retain ownership of your content
• By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content
• We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion

8. INDEMNIFICATION

8.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Odisha e-Guru, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
